That being said, here are a few things you might want to know…

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason we can either…

  1. Offer you a full refund
  2. Send you a replacement product (if the original one was faulty)
  3. Offer you a different product as an exchange (of equivalent value)

Just make sure you contact us within 30 days at info@bilinguababy.com with proof of your purchase.

However, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
