There hasn’t much improvement this month in terms of Mia speaking.

Of course she’s still babbling away in her own little world, but last month she was very chatty and started speaking several tangible words.

The only new word I’ve heard this month is ‘eyes’ (she says with a slight little lisp which is quite cute!)

However, her understanding of Russian and English words continues to grow and it’s amazing to see how quickly she can learn new vocabulary.

Here’s a table of words she’s learnt previously and now for this month (it’s likely there are more than this but it’s hard to keep track).

Also, here’s a video of her pointing out objects on flash cards in both Russian and English.

For future updates, I’ve decided to just focus on her speech development and try and record any words she speaks. This can be tricky as it’s not like I have my phone on hand to record her speaking on demand every time!

Nevertheless, I will try to document any Russian and English words she speaks from now on.
